been reviewing the people that have come and gone in my life for the past few years and i realised that its certainly true that as u age, u make wiser choices when it comes to frens! and i really thank God for those who have been part of my life or still are part of my life! its been a blessing to have met everyone of you out there! =)
anyway yea! physio on tues was good! learnt alot of new stretching methods and the best part is the physio doc was like around my age?! so we could click quite well from the start! and she even gave me discount for physio!! =)
